I once caught myself daydreaming and thinking about what the voices would say, then imagining it. However, it was me getting carried away and not real. It is extremely rare that I can see it so clearly but I was very well on this occasion and know it to be true. Schizophrenia is real not just an excuse for the ultra sensitive

They sure sound real. I’m on the fence about this matter. I hope they aren’t real, because if they were real, there would be a risk they could inject thoughts into anyone’s mind, not only schizos. And seeing how evilishly voice usually behave, it would spell trouble for mankind.
I promise they are not real. Think about what it means to be paranoid or schizophrenic and that should give you your answer. Our experience in our minds is not real…. Like taking LSD or a dopamine injection our experience turns crazy but only seems real and it isn’t true
