Hi JH85, I have just consulted Apple community last night, and the answer will become obvious once you know what is an Apple ID.
If the primary key isnāt your email it would be easy.
The āproblemā is Apple uses e-mail as username, thatās the confusing part.
Can their tech support change it?

programs are tools to create cool things Iād try to learn how to use the tools instead of trying to create foundational things
If everyone built tools(ie, blacksmithing a hammer), nobody would build things with the tools

The answer is, just key-in the password of xyz@biz.com for abc@biz.com and it would just work. 
I spent 14 years as a computer programmer initially working with databases, and then later with real time messages. I enjoyed it, because i got to travel a lot. Eventually I became too ill, and the last job ended in 2011.
