This is just another nonsensical construct in my opinion
Any stereotype is negative. In those examples in the OP extract on that article are taking away the work an individual has put in and just saying “Oh she’s good at sport, must be because she’s black”. Kinda misses the point. That athlete would have put more effort into such an endeavour than just being assigned a skin colour at birth FFS
