I take:
15 mg/day (aripiprazol)
100 mg/day (quetiapine)
My weight is 55kg.

No, Abilify and Seroquel is a common AP combo.
The dosage is low? I take 450mg/month of aripiprazol and 3000mg/month of quetiapine

Max dose of abilify is 30mg so you’re taking a medium dose of abilify. I’m taking 15mg too.
Max dose of seroquel is 800mg I think. So you’re taking a small amount of seroquel. Seroquel doesnt act as an antipsychotic at 100mg so I assume it’s just to help with sleep or something.

But 800mg is considaring the weight of course, i couldn’t take the same as a fat men.
I once took only 5mg of aripiprazol only. It was low for sure. Now i think i take medium/high 
Body weight has nothing to do with the amount of antipsychotic that you’re prescribed.
I’m sure that weight is evidently something to do with the dose someone take. Sorry to disagree

I was on 25mg Abilify, 120mg Latuda, 20mg Zyprexa and now 4mg Risperdal.

It depends on severity of illness more, I was on all the above mentioned doses when I was 58Kg and when I was 130kg, doses didn’t change.
It depends if you’re treatment resistant.

How long did it take for you to lose weight from the ap after switching to abilify
I don’t know about the aripiprazol, but I take 800 mg quetiapine daily. I weigh around 245 lbs. You just have to take each case on its own. I knew a guy who could take any amount of stellazine and it had no effect on him. Just a little of that puts me flat on my back. There are similar differences in the way people react to Trazodone. You just have to monitor yourself, and then tell your pdoc what you think is happening with you and your ap’s.

I take 10mg Aripiprazole daily. It’s the only AP I take.
I take 2.5mg aripirazole. I hope it stays like this.
It’s a small but powerful dose.
I still want to drink alcohol but not sure if its worth the risk
Your metabolism is what dictates how much AP you need in dosage terms.
That’s what my old pdoc told me anyway

I think it was Almost 1 year to lose around 10 kg
It’s a very reasonable dose. And I consider it a low dose.
