yayyy…good for you…!! I found after a week that I was almost out of the woods as far as craving but it turned out it was more like two months for me…thing is, for me, I never stopped wanting a cigarette…I’ve been quit over a year now.

I gave up smoking a few weeks ago or something. It’s tough but it’s finally starting to get easier now. Good job on quitting.

It is smelly. I stopped smoking in 2006 and still like the smell though.

its truly hard
in my opinion i think its the hardest thing to quit
i have been trying to get my mom to quit she is almost 2 pack a day
she is 68 now though
been smoking since she was 12
so its hard to expect her to up and quit
right now there is alot of stress so i laid off hounding her
but she promised to atleast try to cut back

I quit smoking. It is possible and you can do it. Just be firm in your decision and don’t let yourself buy more
I’m having an okay night. Just going back to work tmrrw. I’m preparing to notify them of a 4 day holiday in 3 weeks time. Need something to look 4ward to.
