Drawing helps a lot. It gets the demons out of my head for a while. Unfortunately anhedonia killed my lust for art.

they interact with eachother Franks another story we dont speak to him hes not nice at all Attey is kinda nasty and likes to be creepy but Frank is evil I dont think hes just a voice im pretty sure hes a monster or demon, ive been trying to draw him but he really freaks me out im kinda afraid too

Ive seen those before the sketch on the bottom thats similar to the things i see flying around the room at night or outside

Oh, wow! Mine don’t fly. They’re almost liquid looking and crawl across walls and floors. When I see them going across a wall, they’re just moving around, but when they’re on the floor they’re looking at me and coming toward me. Sometimes they just stop and sometimes I have to rebuke them. They used to be my primary hallucinations and they were always in my room waiting for me, but they don’t have any power and are less active now.

I hesitated to draw the demons. I get worried that thinking about them, talking about them and especially drawing them might conjure them and I don’t want to do that.
Only you know your comfort level.

I used to think that what I drew came alive if I finished the drawing. That was a problem.

I have people in my head. I know exactly what they look like, but it’s against the rules to draw them.

yeah I cant do Frank yet its too much I dislike Attey but Im find myself missing him when hes absent and I can only kinda doodle his scary side

I’m sorry that happened. I used to self harm a lot at the torment of the demons. (I still do sometimes when Seraton berates me but not nearly as often) Only once were they carrying me away and I called out to God and they dropped me.
I just chuckled because all of these things really happen to us… If it’s all delusion/ hallucinations, it doesn’t matter because it’s all real to us. It amazes me sometimes…
