Has anyone ever tried gluten free pizza? How was it?
yes its amazing, it tastes the same. its jsut made with corn flour or some mixture of non wheat flour. i have it all the time its amazing. just dont get the non-dairy ones

Just had one today. The crust was really good.

i had some in denver colorado a couple years ago, i didn’t particulary like it, the dough was really hard or something not sure how to describe it. not sure what kind of flour they used. everything else was good about it though, me and mom stopped in a pizzeria there a couple years ago.

I have a recipe for a really good brown rice flour crust. It’s not of a fork and knife crust and not a pick up with your hands kind of crust, but it’s still my favorite. I can dig it out if you’re interested.
