I used to spend a lot on supplements but since a few months the only supplements I take are green tea extract and huperzine A other than a multivitamin, calcium+vit d (prescribed by Dr) and omega 3. Is it worth it to spend money on green tea extract? Its 35$ca for 240 pills, I read that it helps with cholesterol, blood glucose, weight loss and aging (antioxidants). Also I read its good for fatty liver which I have but improved. Honestly I think the improvements came from losing weight which came from exercising and limiting calories.

I drink green tea a lot, it tends to relax me so I usually drink it in the evening
