yeah i have the same thing too. i hear a voice constantly talking to me in my head at all times telling me what to do and stuff. but occasionally i will her voices through my ears

these are the voices of the satan. you have to ignore them. dont even listen to them.
There definitely in my head but as @powessey would say it they are not in thought form. They are clearly not auditory.
Wolf doesn’t ‘speak’ like in a voice but more like impressions, or silent speak…hard to explain. But Natives have a lot of teachings about Wolf…
Off topic…is the girl in your avatar the girl in this photoshoot? The background also looks like that hospital after it was closed down and abandoned… if it is, I was in that place when it was operational…scary hospital…now destroyed.

close your eyes and find the words they speak somewhere silent and alone. as they speak see the letters and only the letters, they will use this way of speaking to you and they will stop speaking aloud then. When looking at the words you might see many lines of text just find one line and this one line will become the only voice you will see. Learn them and control your thoughts they only see your thoughts about thoughts show them imaginations or images of things and explain things to them they will stop working against you and will become something else.

The only voices I’ve heard outside (ears) were calling my name. Or saying Hey. And I was “shushed” like someone going shhhhhhh! In your ear. Because an inner voice told me to stop telling the secrets lol

Looks like it could be…that girl is some kind of ‘model’ that sneaks into old abandoned haunted places and does those photo shoots…kinda cool they do that… but those places are or were seriously haunted… they make it onto lists of Americas haunted places and stuff.
Strait up creepy place with lotsa spirits before they tore it down… I think they made a housing development there…wonder how those people do as far as paranormal phenomenon?

I’ve never been myself…I lost my head up there because “that girl” is someone I checked out of a hospital with and kicked around with for a while…bus stations, cheap motels and whatnot…crazy nights and wandering days. Just friends out of convenience for a while until I got drunk and royally screwed over a friend of hers and she kicked me out in the middle of the night.
Knowing her was actually my turning point from being a whacked out drunk to becoming the individual I’m becoming today.
