Anyone see a nutritionist or RD?

I try linseed son porridge.

Spicey food seems to help.

I have heard acidophilus is good its good bacteria in a type of yoghurt.
Filmjölk taste great but they do not have it in oz.

Pear juice is too expensive.
Cost around $8 in healthfood store.

Laxatives do not seem to do much and I do not want to use them daily.

I was overweight when I was vegan despite a dietician saying my diet and exercise was good.
It was olanzapine.
I was pretty disciplined but still a chubby one.:blush:
I was ethical vegan and it was actually not about weight for me then.

I am nolonger vegan.

But have lost 10 kg since I got on latuda.
I even allow myself to eat occasional unhealthy stuff.
I am still approximately 10 kg more than my usual weight.

Since I last posted here, I’ve lost 2 lbs. I’ve been drinking a lot of water hoping that the water would push the retained water out of my gut. Seems to be working.
