Yup, I am. I go to the clubhouse daily and to town once a week. Other than that I stay put in my room.

I donāt go out much just for a drive with Dad and lunch about three times a week
I spend too much time in doors but I have bad anxiety
Also thereās not much else to do
I do go to occupational therapy group at local mental health center on Thursday morning
If it wasnāt for my Church and my volunteer job, I would never go out.
