Magic the gathering. I used to be decent at draft, but it’s still an expensive hobbie. If you are good enough you play draft for free!
I used to practise with friends in online draft simulators (for free), before new expansions came out.

I have played in the past and pccasionally do still have a game.
I have other hobbies such as warhammer so i couldnt keep up with the cost of MTG.
You can spend 10-15 $ for an entire tournament (keeping the cards, or selling them later) if you play draft.
There are some budget options for standard too…
I used to love MTG but, had to stop as I was spending way too much money on it.
Drafting is not that expensive!
I was more into making decks.
You could play MTG Arena it’s a free online version where you can build decks and you only have to spend money if you feel like it
I miss MTG I just don’t have anyone to play with unfortunately
I love MTG, but I only play on Tabletop simulator and MTG arena cause I can’t afford real cards, nor find anyone irl who wants to play.
It is a lot of fun, and a tad bit frustrating haha
@Pikasaur @Noise
Is MTG arena completely F2P? I´m thinking to download the program to practise drafts… What do you think?
One day I will step into the comic book store and make my way through the hordes of nerds trying to win the draft!
I know there are things you can pay for and I think certain game types cost but overall you can play and build decks without spending any money
