Yes i felt it the first day it was good, however i only took it for a week because it made my prostate painful and i got scared it was giving me cancer.

Start with .5 g for a week, then 1 g for a week, then 2. Taking that much at once could make you agitated and anxious.

Yeah think you are right. Took 1 gram at 8pm and am still wide awake at 1am.
I only take it in the morning. It also makes me wide awake.

That’s odd, that never happened to me. For me it had a calming effect and eliminated most of my negative symptoms with no side effects, it was very gentle.
