Yes. It’s all metal with a lid and straw and a handle like a mug.
The ice stays solid the whole day.

With Jardiance at 25 mg , I drink my liquids long before they go warm. Makes you pee a lot and thirsty.
I used to have to pee frequently and found out it was just my enlarged prostate…now I’m on meds and only go once in a while…you? @Bowens

No, as far as I know, its not an enlarged prostate. It started when I went on Jardiance and then increased when I increased my dose.
Jardiance makes you pee to get rid of sugar.
Unfortunatley, it can give you UTI’s as well supposedly.

how often do you have to pee in the night while you wake up while sleeping?

I usually only sleep 2 or 3 hours at a time. I often wake up having to go, but I dont think its what wakes me up. I have been on this sleeping schedule for a very long time.
