Anyone have no positive symptoms

I’ve never had a positive symptom on risperidone. If meds control your symptoms how long can a person expect to be free from a relapse. I’ve only relapsed on fluonxol and ability. Ive lowered my dose by 0.5mg feel better cognition it’s been two weeks but time will tell if I can cope with less medication. Goal is to go to 2mg risperidone for now but would even try 1mg risperidone .my first psychotic episode was o. 1mg risperidone and stabilized and then switched to fluonxol as I was participating I. A drug trail. Recently began wondering if I could cope with just 1mg.i have zero symptoms was also wondering if meds are usually lowered if you have been stable for a long time. I’m on 2.5mg at the moment.

No positive symptoms on 4mg Risperdal. At 3mg I get mild positive symptoms so I am on the perfect dose.

You’ve never had positive symptoms. You can’t know if it’s easy or not.

I can’t handle my positives I last a week with positives before booking myself in somewhere

Any positives? I mean, my positives aren’t anywhere near as bad as they used to be some voices and noises here and there, a few words that lean delusional but as long as I’m on medication I can fight them.

if u havent had positives u respond well to meds and should not relapse unless you stop the meds or add something into the mix that triggers psychosis

Delusions I get them severe not mildly I work full-time so anything that can jeopardise that is like a medical emergency even though managed work in a week long psychotic state before

Yeah, I can’t work. I’ve tried and failed miserably.

Makes sense. Reason I won’t change meds. Except for many from risperidone to paliperidone because read it’s got a better side effect profile but not covered on medical aid yet

It works differently in South Africa if you have a medical aid even though you pay a monthly fee there’s only certain medication covered will need to wait till generics are out as then it will probably be covered.

My girlfriend has too much anxiety to work for a company but she manages to pay the bills doing freelance writing on a contractual as needed basis for different companies she sources on upwork. If you can write that’s a good option

I have no positive symptoms. When I get manic I can develop delusions, most of which are minor and transient, but some of them I can hold onto, despite getting out of mania and/or taking medications. However, they are not really “worse” than the kind of religious beliefs many normal people have.
