It was recognized that you could be an Aspie and not require any supports. Level 1 Autism specifies requires supports. Itâs essentially crap. I prefer to refer to myself as an Aspie.

I also believe I may be on the spectrum and had a very odd seizure-like thing happen during psychosis.

I have both. Iâm very much on board with my daughterâs belief that the autism is primary and the schizophrenia/schizoaffective is secondary. The schizophrenia/schizoaffective arising from the pressures and stresses of being an undiagnosed autistic child and teenager.
