I’ve got a day planner, with one week on every two pages. It’s 8.5 x 10 (I think) and I write down all the meds I have to take, at the bottom of each day, and cross them off after I take them. I also write down appointments and things I want to accomplish. When I do things I didn’t expect to do, I write them in and cross them off too. It’s easier to manage than digital stuff, but that’s just my opinion. Also, advertisers won’t try and scrape my personal info. I bought the one for 2024 a month ago.
