Anyone has been using Sarcosine for years?

Hi guys,
I m make this topic to learn about the side effect of longterm using Sarcosine. I wish anybody who has been taking Sarcosine for a long period could participate and share their experiences.
Since Sarcosine is not approved yet by FDA, it is really useful if you could share your side effect to everyone else.
How long have you been taking it? Beside the good, does this bring you any problem?

I’ve been taking it for 8 months. Haven’t noticed any side effects. No issues here.

It’s never going to be approved by the food and drug admin. They don’t regulate dietary supplements as far as I know.

Prostate is doing fine, thanks. Had the checkup in the Man Van that comes out to smaller communities two months ago.

Ssarcosine hasn’t been out that long term. Come back in about twenty years and ask the question.

I just did some research on sarcosine’s link with prostate cancer, apparently it is a biomarker for cancer but does not cause cancer itself, if you are taking it you are in the clear! Elevated sarcosine levels in the blood are a warning sign for prostate cancer but it is not harmful in and of itself. This was a scare for me as it helps me alot and I do not want to stop taking it! The link for the article I found is here:

The one and only concern for me about Sarcosine, is it link to prostate cancer. I believe NCBI have some good reports regarding to this, but my english is not good enought to understand. They use such a complex vocabulary and specialized term. Make me feel tired of getting it mean. I hope some one could understand some of those NCBI reports, and share it info in here.
