I’m stable and i have been doing loads lately, testing my limits, its a struggle a lot of time but i bring my coping techniques into play,
So i take my mum out a lot (i am her carer) and i am heavily involved in our Clubhouse over here, I have a premiere of a video we made coming up lately and i have been working hard on editing our seasonal news paper, its a lot of work but its worthwhile,
i have also got a tep working as a cleaner 4 hrs a week and looking to expand on this, there is a peer support course coming up soon and also a media radio course as well,
so no matter what you think of me i am trying to do some good
I keep busy in the morning I do lots of walking and I go volunteer job
Some days I have nothing to do so I go out for coffee and ride on the bus
Afternoon and evening I take time to rest and watch tv
I cannot cope with stress it makes me ill
maybe you should of planned something lol, i’d like to go somewhere on a relaxing holiday,

I know what you mean by not over doing it, i cant cope with stress very well, like riding the bus makes me very anxious and thats why i avoid it,
but i think gently pushing yourself mentally and physically can be healthy as long as you do not over do it, i have over done it a lot of times but i try and keep it to a minimal even though sometimes it doesnt work out and i need to sit down and rest or get a drink of water, i dont let it stop me though so i crawl home and i keep going the next time.
Yeah, I was thinking of going Tintagel Castle at some point, the weather is not too good though so it might have to wait. I am going to be short on money too after I get my loft floorboarded so I think a holiday is out of the question.
