I wish mom and dad would put in a pool. the neighbors have one. I would just float and soak up the sun everyday. they’re talking about putting one in. I hope so.

We have a nice view. I would rather live on the beach but I can’t afford that. We got a good deal on this house. I love it. I have two tall palm trees and check out that little one on the left.

Only since last September. I was renting a place for $1595 a month down the street. It had a pool but it wasn’t this nice. Was smaller, older and wasn’t on a lake.
This place appraised for $270,000 and I got it for $245,000. I used my VA loan no money down and my mortgage with taxes and insurance is less than I was paying in rent.
This place motivates me to keep working. I don’t want to lose it.
