Anybody else riding bicycle regularly

I ride my bicycle daily, it is good exercising and helps me to control my weight, which is good also for my diabetes. In the winter it may be too cold, when it below -20 celsius and then I may use local buses.

Yep, all year. I live in Copenhagen and it’s the best way to get around town. Plus it’s a 100 percent free.

Yes, in Copenhagen a lot of people ride bicycles. You do not have so much snow and it is not so cold in the winter. I have good winter clothes so I can do it also and they maintain very well all bicycle paths in my little town.

Yes, there are more bicycles than cars, it’s nice. I can imagine the conditions are a bit more difficult up north, but good to know you can still get around the snow fall

Last winter it hit -50C here in my area of Canada with wind chill factored in. No interest in riding a bike in those temperatures. That’s when I move to the stationary bike in my basement.

My bike was stolen in Madison Wisconsin…it was a specialized and cost my family a lot of money…how embarrassing huh? Yet my favorite bike as a kid was this one…

When I joined the Army, I gave it to a coworker that worked with me at a seed mill and feed store for farmers and gardeners…I’ve never seen another bike like it again…ah well.
