I absolutely love physics. I love relativity, quantum mechanics, string theory, and field theory. I like Einstein, Bohr, Schwarzschild, and others.
What are your favorite theories/physicists?

I really liked doing basic physics calculations in trade school.
Been studying math because I want a deeper understanding of the theories, but regardless they are still cool
Is there anything the can ripple gravity then we can travel effectively and efficiently.
Waiting for an apple
I’m fairly limited in my mental potency, I don’t get too deep in physics. I liked it as a mechanic. My thoughts get too delusional and odd for effective thinking at a high level.
Well there are gravitational waves. They are created by objects moving at very fast speeds
I was thinking like with gravity plus electro magnetic field of the earth we could travel.
Like winding watches !
Well I’m not sure about that, do you know any professional physicists?
I know few engineers. You know there is a saying in my city.
If one throws a stone at the crowd it will definitely land on an engineer!
lol! A lot of my friends are engineers. Seems to be a popular field
I remember @Joker posting this
A girl I know is an engineer and says sometimes she still needs to look certain equations up.
Nevertheless when I go back to school I’ll study physics and math
To be fair for me right now it loops round and having to learn it all from scratch
I had a dream that I had gone back to primary school and reaching high school, but after going back 10 years I failed in High school.
Which was a nightmare lucky it was just a dream.
I think after that day I lost interest in studies!
Flow of electricity and magnetism around wire is explained by thumb rule
I am a fan of applied physics or applied science in areas such as new materials, new energy products and quantum computing. For example, the combination of certain raw materials such as nickel, lithium and phosphate in the anode, cathode & di-electric of a battery has enabled the manufacturing of high-voltage batteries for electric cars to use. Chinese corporations such as CATL & BYD have taken advantage of these new found technologies and mass produced new electric vehicles to a point where they command a 70% market share in both the electric vehicle market and battery market for EVs. The electric motor will overtake the combustion engine and ween-off industrialized countries from fossil fuels leading to a more eco-friendly environment.
Sounds like you’re a physics student!
I’m hopeless when it comes to physics…i like reading lay articles but can’t do the complex math anymore. Still, i love reading Stephen Hawking.
I’ve studied physics for a while.if you give it enough time you can understand things like Newtonian physics and special relativity.
For things like general relativity and quantum mechanics you need a deep understanding of math.
Did you go to school for this stuff?
I’m not much of an applied science guy, more of a theoretical physics fan.
I’ve been able to understand special relativity and Newtonian mechanics. Waiting on my math knowledge to understand general relativity (my favorite theory of all time)
