Voices are very secure methinks too.
They laugh if you insult them
i dont want to increase my medications

You know something that helped me with my voices, I started thinking about fake stories about my life that I had never actually done. Voices can’t answer to something they know nothing about.
Well it worked for me. It’s worth a shot I guess.
No, you shouldn’t get humiliated.
Voices don’t respond to insults.
And they don’t stop if you tell them so

You can increase meds and ignore them as much as possible. That’s what I do.
