Ever since being on meds I have noticed that I cant run fast or asfar as I used to do before. Is this a side effect of the medication or the actual psychosis itself with the slow movements and all.
probably the meds, psychosis wont affect your physical ability to run
I find walking a good exercise
But yes exercise is tougher on medication
AP influenced my physical…everything…greatly. In a very short time of AP use i went from being slim, fit, sportive, energetic and with high libido to fat, unfit, lazy, tired, incapable of doing sports and uninterested in sex. Weird.
The meds that I am on is Perphanzine , Seroquel and Saphris
What do you mean by this? I don’t think I move slower
after being on meds my legs feel stiff
Did you try chemogen for stiffness?
no whats that ??
Ya. I can’t run anymore either. I have a belly I need to trim but cardio is out of the question. Geodon put the brakes on my running program. I used to run every day.
I am sure smoking doesn’t help either. Most of us also smoke.
I walk slow as if I were in my 80s.
I’m just used to it, and I walk all the time very fast. It takes time to adapt. Keep trying!
