Ugh! I’m so tired of cold weather, and yet we have yet another ice/snow storm coming in. Not long ago I saw the deepest snow I’ve ever seen! Mainly due to the fact we don’t get much snow here in Arkansas, we mostly get ice! At this moment it is 18 degrees Fahrenheit but feels like 7 degrees Fahrenheit, I know this because of my phone’s weather app. It is sooo cold. We’re suppose to have freezing rain, snow, then sleet! In that order! Not looking forward to it, at least we have ice melt so we don’t get stuck anywhere… Very helpful since David had to go to work… He also took my mom’s car since it has all wheel drive

Well it has started, as of 30 minutes ago! It’s already covered the roads completely and David was sent home from work and is home now

@Montezuma yeah I am… I have something I call “the hoard” and it’s a stock of extra nonperishable food so we’ll be fine.

glad you’re well in the storm @Twialine we will have more ice tonight so might lose power…hope not…it won’t thaw until sunday according to the forecast…bummer.

@jukebox I hope we don’t lose power but we’re prepared if it does! We’ll have to pile in the kitchen where the gas heater is so we might be a little cramped but we’ll be okay in the end

I am going to take a quick peek outside to see what is up with the weather.
