I found that putting a frozen cold bag on my head and then choosing to be happy is working so far for me

Niacin works for me, reducing intrusive thoughts drastically. I switched to niacinamide, which is a different form of B3. I think it still does the job with this variety. You don’t get flushing with niacinamide, and it’s less toxic for the liver.

Do some of you think you might cope better if you stop trying to cope to find a way being happy? My mood seems to be more content when I stop trying strange experiment to be happy, this guy on facebook said there other levels of coping
