Another just showered thread

Just finished, and I feel great now. The hot water really helps my aches and pains. It was maybe a couple of weeks since I last showered. So how long has it been for you, and how often you shower or bathe?

I shower once every 3 months…whether I need to or not.

Thanks @Patrick I really don’t remember when I showered last. It’s probably been several weeks anyways.

We live in a hot climate. I shower once a day no matter what and sometimes in Summer I might have one in the morning. We’ve had a cold winter so looking forward to getting back to cold showers. Help with muscle recovery but stuffed If i’m doing it in winter. Perfectly fine in summer though!

It’s been 2 days atm. The Maximum length of time I go without a shower now is a week, because I have weekly guitar lessons. I usually go less though. I do not go in public places without a shower. When I was younger I used to shower daily. These are more necessary when you work and go to school. Less so if you are just sitting around the house, I suppose.

If I were to guess an average, I would say every 3 days.

I’ve been trying to clean myself up. I’ve been shaving every day now and just got a haircut. The shower was.my last holdout.

Two days ago I took a hot shower. I shaved too. It keeps me sane. Also having short hair. I bought electric shears for my head from Amazon and haven’t opened the box. I’m worried they are hard to use. Do you know? The electric shears are a well known brand and cost only $20. A buzz cut at the barber is now $40! I resent that guy. A year ago it was $25! Everyone always rips me off, every time I spend money. Once in a blue moon I get a good deal. It’s plain and simple greed.

Thanks @Jinx I have never used clippers or a shaver on myself, so I don’t know. The price of a haircut here was $25 up from $19. I use an inexpensive barber though. There’s a barbershop in my area that charges prices you describe though.

Being honest. I can’t remember maybe since the last thread.

But I don’t really leave the house. I should tomorrow to get it over with.

Setting a reminder on my phone.

I just shaved my face, head and took a shower.

I used my new headblade. I recommend you buying one if you are bald and shave your head.

I had my first shower in months last Saturday (fortunately, my mum says I didn’t stink  ). It was the first one since my med change and it was a completely different experience from usual. Normally when I shower I am in physical pain all over and I never enjoy it and have to force myself to do it, but this time I actually found it enjoyable, there was no pain and I wasn’t feeling stiff, plus it normally takes ages because I’m so slow and I don’t want to get out because it all seemed like such hard work, but this time I was in and out in 10 minutes.
