Been having angry ruminations. Specifically thoughts that my family caused my illness. Also at this point every few days I go off on someone. Idk what to do. Even now I’m laying in bed obsessing about my mom fighting really extreme emotions. What do I do?

Yes, we haven’t talked about it that much though. She recommended TIPP to prevent outbursts. Last time we talked I said I wanted to forgive my mom but here I am again.

Well, I can’t do the T or the I (cardiac problems). I do like having a hot cuppa and petting the kitty. It’s calming.
