I’m not sure the evidence can justify the cost of Amyloban 3399 but I’m a believer in using reputable brands. Lions mane has potential benefits.

You can shrink it as much as you can grow it.
If you were taking APs during puberty then it would have an effect.

So RealMushrooms Brand of Lion’s Mane, would you try? It is much more affordable than Amyloban

Without sending the supplements off for independent testing to a lab (which would cost hundreds of dollars) there is no real way to know. If the patented extract interests you then I would encourage you to try it but in doing so compare it to other brands the next time you purchase it. I think zombiemombie’s point about mycelium is relevant. I think Nootropics depot is pretty good. You can also search on reddit for what other people recommend brand wise.

The supplement industry is unregulated and its a pretty much wild west interms of quality control. If you do your research your will find good quality sources you can trust.
