Long title but idc…
Get some sleep man…!!! U need rest …!!!
I slept earlier.
you mean slowly across the sky in the same way the sun does? yes it is supposed to do that. If you see it jumping or moving around quickly, then no. The moon does not do that. How ever wounldn’t it have a slightly different line of travel during fall as opposed to spring ? (from our view point on earth) maybe that is what you mean?
Sometimes it seems to move.
Also, I’ve seen it come right at me, before, but this was a hallucination.
The subject got my interest up, so i looked it up for a quick scan. the moon moves in an elipse, not circular, orbit. So if you saw it moving quicker than the sun, it was likely moving closer to the apex of the elipse. Also, the moon can end up in unexspected places because while the moon travels in its perfect vertical fashion in its elipse around earth, the earth’s axis is tilted. ( it may have been you moving on the earths surface which speeded the moon away from your view).
I was laying down and saw it “orbiting” (because i don’t understand this eclipse logic enough to use it)
I don’t see it moving but I can clearly see that it is changing position.
not eclipse, but elipse. elipse would be like an egg shape, but just the skinny end. like an oval but a skinny oval. it is on wiki if you would like to read it.
the most interesting lunar or solar activity is the fall equinox. from about 9am to about 3 pm., you can perfectly balance an egg on its smaller end. once in a grocery store i just started opening cartons and making rows. tis is the only time all year gravity on earth is weak enougjt to do that. lol
I’m sure if you stare long enough at a bright object on a dark background it’ll appear to move. It’s normal.
Ah that makes more sense. I actually saw it “rise” quickly but the “higher” it got the slower it “rose”.
So if the orbit is actually an ellipse, there will be times when gravity will pull it faster and times when it’s pulled slower. I played around with space simulators enough to know that.
space simulator? and where would i find one these?!?
Um…well on steam probably. The one I used was old and the target audience was for kids. It was more for launching rockets into space and getting them to orbit before leaving the gravity completely and then landing on another planet.
But there are way more out there now. I can’t think of any at the moment. A search for something along those lines on steam or youtube might find you something interesting.
already on it. thanks.
