I know it isn’t understandable, but I’m talking relativity mainly.

I think I understand special relativity, but not general. In general relativity I know what happens, but to actually understand it is something different. Probably my lack of math skills.

Newtonian mechanics is pretty easy though.

I love physics but when I start reading it I start to apply or try to make it apply to daily life and then I start to feel like I’m slipping down a rabbit hole.

I have a tendancy to do that. I don’t really see a point in learning physics unless I do that.

Intelligence is not binary. I don’t feel like I am stupid but that doesn’t mean I don’t occasionally say something flawed etc. You are probably like most people and have areas you are knowledgable about and areas where you don’t have a lot of knowledge.

I personally think being aware of areas you perhaps do not have great knowledge in is a skill. Lots of people think the word “ignorant” is a put down - but the dictionary definition is just lacking knowledge. I think most people are ignorant of some things and it is stupid to assume one isn’t.
