Am I delusional?

Well whatever that diagnostic system is, it’s crap.

Why is it crap?

Well it doesn’t make sense. Asperger’s/Autism and Schizophrenia can be overlapping. You can be born with Asperger’s and then later on develop schizophrenia on top of it. It’s not super common, but it happens.

I see. Here u can only have psychotic symptoms but not sz diagnosed

Interesting. Well I’m sure they would diagnose you with schizophrenia if you were showing other symptoms (such as cognitive/negative symptoms). The diagnosis system you guys have doesn’t sound super accurate, but who am I to say

They say I have negative symptoms too

Well that in itself is a pretty good indication that you have schizophrenia. Did you have negative symptoms before you took the meds?

I don’t know .-.

Hmm… well I hope you get the proper diagnosis. Just know having schizophrenia isn’t anything to be ashamed about. It’s a heavy label to bear, but it isn’t your fault for having it. So don’t try avoid the label just cause you might have stigma or something like that

You want a proper diagnosis though so you can be treated effectively.

I’m on antipsychotics already

Well there you go. Except if it turns out it is just psychosis you had, then you’ll eventually be able to wean off the medication. But if you wean off of it and become psychotic again, then you definitely have schizophrenia. Just stay on your meds for now, and try and trust your psychiatrist.
