Anybody else suffer from alopecia areata? It seems to have a high co occurance with schizophrenia.

Where did you find this? Everything I have read said that it is rare with SZ. Common with depression, however.

It’s probably easier to accept for males but it’s still difficult for both sexes

I just hate the constant maintenance. They say it’s low maintenance but it’s not. Shaving you head every second or third day takes an effort. But I’m not complaining, It’s not like I have cancer!!
