my partner and i have been alone together all weekend. she has to work tomorrow i hope i can handle being alone for that long. i go to group tomorrow for about 5 hours. my partner has to work monday, tuesday, off wednesday then work thursday thru sunday. my in laws said they would be gone to at least friday

Yeah I plan too.today was a little better I called my mom and found out my dad is back on meds and is doing light exercise like his doctor recommended.
I feel a little bummed I’m almost out of coffee. I have been drinking my mother in law’s coffee.
i don’t plan on having a party but maybe spend some time on here. i have chores to do which involves taking care of jasper. she needs a soak,

Surround yourself with all of your crutches - radio, snacks, pillows or blankets, etc.
