When the day come to end I feel more sleepy
That is happening for so much time now
I will not Exaggerates if I say it is for years now
I am so tired
Even antipsychotic have similar sleepy effect and I don’t know what to do ?!!

Without regular coffee and black tea I sleep all day everyday, 15+h/day. Now with caffeine only sometimes nap during the day but don’t sleep over 10h/day.
Seroquel has made me have to deal with being sleepy even more than usual. The weird thing is i can take it at 11 pm and wake up when it’s dark out with no issues. Versus once the sun is up all of a sudden it becomes an immense struggle to wake myself up until the late afternoon. It is so weird.

I nap during the day. Days are simply too long for me otherwise

I sometimes have to take one or more naps during the day. I don’t know why since I get plenty of sleep each night.
