Can you point out what I did wrong? :expressionless:

I remember these back when I was in school. Don’t remember how to calculate them tho.

Where did the type written steps in the first screenshot come from?

EDIT: I see it’s Co-pilot. Well…you are incorrect Co-pilot!

Wahooo, thank you moonbeam; It came from copilot (Microsoft AI)

Ha! I was typing my edit whilst you were responding.

And this, people, is why one needs to double-check AI’s responses to queries and not assume AI is always correct.

You see numbers/patterns/logic better than me. I had to simplify the thing in small bits to get the same answer :sob:

You’re doing fine. Keep on doing math and it will become easier.

My AI thinks it’s funny giving me wrong answers. So, be careful and don’t take everything for granted AI says.:hugs:

I agree with humans on this one.

-(4/3)(b/a) is what I get.

Notice the single terms containing b³ in the numerator and a³ in the denominator, in the initial expression. These can’t be simplified completely.

On the last third step you have to distribute the 4 and multiply the -3 by 4

Nevermind I might be wrong. It’s been a while for me lol
