This is so unfortunate I think. I am keeping a list of people whom I have known and who have died, some have died young, even one lawyer died to alcohol abuse and one 21 year old beautiful woman died also to sustances abuse and my childhood friend died to alcohol at the age of 37, however I think that on another side of the border in Russia the situation is much worse.
