Im just having so many symptoms but kost of the super disabling ones are managed besides my anxiety. My anxiety is out of control and i might be delusional but i cant tell. Im on day of having near hourly breakdowns

when anxiety hits…practice slow breathing in and out and divert your mind away from the “fear of anxiety”…keep doing it until you feel better.

Hope u can find a way to regain control from anxiety b4 needing hospital.
Try to reduce your stress levels.
Is there anything you cud do to reduce ur stress levels

Try and relax and rest. You have had a lot going on
I did not find the hospital very therapeutic last time I went. Thought the other patients were plotting against me
Being at home is probably best unless you think something bad will happen
