I was supposed to have an appointment tomorrow which they trying to cancel … I cant allow them to cancel because I need answers … and it’s frustrating they never answer
I try and give the p/doc a good report, its hard though to find the good in things sometimes though
I rarely see the same pdoc twice and he discharged me on new antidepressants and said see you in six months … two days later I was psychotic
I told them i wanted to cut my meds in July hoping they’d help me but they discharged me and then i had to talk to my gp about it, i went a bit crazy in Oct and was hospitalised for a while
Why are you afraid of dementia?
You don’t have dementia @anon80629714
You suffered a psychotic break triggered by antidepressants.
This has happened to me before a couple of times.
Yes but the med was out of my system and they waited and it lasted two months from there on once I started antipsychotics … so it’s definitely related to illness
Yes it’s related to illness but the antidepressant triggered you to become psychotic.
There was a small flame inside of you and the antidepressant was like gasoline and it ignited into a raging fire.
Yes i wonder if it was on going depression and not anxiety I’m going to try for pip soon once I know because I’m not pushing myself more to work
It is good to keep active though so i would suggest trying to keep up with things that you enjoy (or try to) whether that be, exercise, volunteering or a hobby, its good to focus on good things to take your mind a way from the bad things.
I’m sticking to art for now maybe make bear later we see
I love a woman that can make beer just kidding
I like to crochet so I was thinking of making a teddy
I’m sure I have dementia. They say stress can cause it or make it worse
haha i thought it was a typo, i knew you said bear but i was like ‘how can she make a bear?’ lol
@Wave you suffered a psychotic break just from taking antidepressants?
Well the antidepressant and antidepressant type APs triggered a manic response which in turn triggered psychosis.
My current diagnosis is bipolar disorder @anon80490300
i hope they don’t cancel the appointment… it’s hard not getting answers yea
