make a list and do some of those things every day. it cuts down on the time it takes thinking about what you want to do every day etc. Just make a list of certain things that need to be done every day: drinking water, shower, exercise, sunlight, cleaning, laundry, getting groceries, deep breathing etc etc and get them done as soon as you wake up.

Do as the depressives do. Make a list, small, of little tasks. Tick them off as the day goes by, completing little by little. At the end of the day, behold your works. But as a baseline? Make your bed well each morning.

Good advice, I find that this really works. In fact I make two lists, I have a running list of things that need to be done soon but can wait a few days and I can take my time and then I have a second list of things I want to do that day. It’s not hard to make a list, takes about two or three minutes.

For a specific thing you want to work on more… Plan out which days you want to sit with it and force yourself to do it for like 2 min or 5 min - after you can stop if you want to. You must sit with it for at least that time each of the days you’re supposed to, no excuses. Of course you may sit longer than that anytime you want.

If you find yourself easily quitting projects or tasks, the more expensive route is to hire a coach who will act as a second brain. Or have a close friend monitor you, and make a deal to pay them a small fee everytime you break a commitment.

No cash for a coach

Sleep 9 hours exactly no more no less.

Plus no brain influencer’s and every thing needs to be controlled.

Even the food we eat and choose what drinks we have.
