Yeah i extended it to 50 yrs because nothing new has come out thus far. We need a paradigm shift. All the meds that are gonna come out in the next 10-15yrs are gonna be variations of the old dopamine theory.
Crispr is not gonna work because too many genes are involved in sz. We are left with gene therapy through chromatin modulation which is a brand new avenue and stem cells and thats gonna take at least 10yrs.
