Anyone try Adipex (Phentermine) for weight loss? Is it safe to take with antipsychotics? Just curious. If my doctor doesn’t approve me to take Metformin I’m going to ask about Adipex.

You could try going on a calorie controlled diet. I’m on abilify and lost 44lb on a calorie controlled diet.

I’ve already done that worthless ■■■■, I’m only asking about meds because I already changed my diet and started exercising and it’s just not doing a damn thing. I’ve stopped gaining (for now) but I’m not losing anything. I need something more to help with it.
Well, you’re on abilify now, it’s supposed to be weight neutral. Might be worth revisiting calorie counting.

I never stopped calorie counting. I eat exactly what my doctor told me to eat for my weight and cholesterol and it makes no difference. It has to be the Seroquel I guess…
