People who are on ablify… Did you gained weight?
Afterall, I am now slightly overweight. I tried everything - and I simply cannot lose weight.
I tried diets, sport, I do not stick on anything.
Before my SZ I was really thin, now I feel so worried about how I look.
Maybe some advice?

I haven’t been on it long enough. I’m very energized in a bad way, though.
After 2 - 3 years it might level out and you may not gain/loosing wait anymore. That’s at least my experience with Qutiapine. But now that you are on abilify uou must.change to a more healthy diet like veggies, fruits and oats.

Have you tried intermittent fasting?
all antipsychotic cause weight gain. i have made a post regarding this issue you can search for it on the forum. i used green coffee beverage and it is effective in reducing body weight while taking my antipsychotic without any side effect.
Yeah abilify does cause weight gain. Have you tried intermitent fasting to control apetite?
I didn’t gain weight on abilify. It actually gave me a healthy weight.
I’m on Abilify and losing weight as I’m calorie counting.

Lol welcome to sz/sza. Losing weight is close to impossible unless you got super genes.
