A Week Later

So it’s been a week since I got my new weights rack going. Been doing good and getting a decent half hour workout in everyday. Getting a lot more variety in exercise and really working my body hard. Long ways to go but shifted some weight and feeling a lot stronger so it’s working well.

Slowly building up intensity but feeling the burn from the workouts. Have a couple of things to pick up just to help but the cage/cable system was a great investment!
