can they change one’s diagnosis ?
My shoulder tattoos relate to schizoaffective disorder, made me wonder if you were taking a shot at me, but I’m guessing you were not. I don’t know about getting the actual words tattooed and, as @everhopeful said, your exact diagnosis could change. Maybe get something symbolic of your struggles with MI?

no I ain’t taking a shot at you honest… maybe psychosis would be a better option than sza as a tattoo for me…

i wouldnt put that diagnosis on my body, i worry someone would see it. i have four tattoos. i have my partner’s name on my left bicep, a bearded dragon on the left forearm.
a celtic knot shamrock on the right bicep and a green frog on the inside of my right wrist
If they do you can get a line tattoo to cross it off and add the real dx.
