The reality is that men face many life challenges and difficulties that remain taboo for many people in our culture to talk about openly. The hesitancy to speak of these issues can cause a deep sense of isolation and exasperate emotional challenges men face. Sally Spencer-Thomas, one of the founding partners of mantherapy.org, and Sarah W. Gaer both specialize in suicide prevention for men and are partnering to explore the possibility of publishing a book on men’s mental health needs and concerns. We need your feedback to design a book that will truly speak to the issues you believe are most pressing for men, as we believe that YOU are the expert!
Your assistance in our market research would be greatly appreciated. If you are interested in writing a submission for such a book, please contact Sarah Gaer at sarahgaer@gmail.com.
