A squirmy question for the ladies here

Today I found out that my daughter drinks her menstrual blood and wipes it oh her skin to prevent wrinkles and help with acne. She is also a practicing witch. Is this healthy, I don’t think it is but I’m a dude I really don’t know.

Sounds like she’s been listening too much to social media misinformation to me. I’m pretty sure its not effective with wrinkles and acne, and heres something I found on possible ill effects.

"That’s not all. Period blood taken from pads are contaminated with sweat and bacteria, and are not safe to be used on the skin. Even if you collect this blood in a menstrual cup, it still has dead cells and irritants in the form of white blood cells which will harm the skin.

So, unless you are extracting blood from the bloodstream and synthesising it to separate the PRPs, using menstrual blood for a facial is rather unscientific and crude an approach, as it is like rubbing raw lemons on your skin for Vitamin C."

Um, no. That’s extremely unhealthy. Its dead tissue and blood.

Practicing witches do NOT do such things.

@Bowens @anon4362788 I thought so. Thank you for the information. I really appreciate it.

That’s a new one.

I just heard about vabbing the other day…

That is unhealthy and not used in Wiccan religion if that’s what she means by witch.

Not even Satanists do that. Though old school satanic witches did use a drop or two for some spells.

That’s what she told me this morning that she does. @Mods if this is a iffy thread I got the knowledge that I needed you can lock if you’re afraid it will go too far.

It is ok. If your daughter is doing such things you need to let her know it is very unhealthy and unsanitary.

It doesn’t work when you tag @mods. I’ll tag them @anon4362788 @Bowens @anon55031185 @rogueone @Moonbeam

Sorry I didn’t know, I usually just stay on the Say Anything Thread and occasionally try other threads. I thought I say some do a call all the mods without listing everyone.

They do but it doesn’t actually exist as a link so the mods have no idea unless they just happen to look at that thread. It’s ok. No need to apologize

I’m not a female but that doesn’t sound right to me.
Sounds downright unhealthy

I’ve heard of some ladies blending their leftover placentas in smoothies.

Even heard of some who drink their own urine.

But yea, drinking menstrual blood and smearing it all over one’s face is a new one, for sure.

I dunno, some people claim there’s health benefits to it and all.

I saw a woman on the show My Strange Addiction years ago who stored her old urine and drank it. She used to wash her face in it and all sorts of other stuff.

They also drank their pee in the first Jackass movie as well.

So she’s drinking her period blood?

That sounds revolting to me.

I’m no expert on the benefits to that but I would never do that myself :disappointed:
