Years ago my mom insisted the I go see a psychiatrist. I was uninsured and went to the Medical School and saw a student psychiatrist. Why do I wonder did she get it wrong and there is really nothing wrong with me.
In 2008 a Judge ordered me to be committed to the State Hospital. Was he wrong too? What’s this thing with schizophrenia that you don’t want to believe that there is anything wrong with you?
Are you under the care of a pdoc now?
Yes I have a pdoc but rarely see him. It’s once a week with my therapist who is a licensed Certified Social Worker.
Do you take APs?
I’m currently taking 10mg Abilify. When I got out of the hospital I was taking 20mg Zyprexa, in 2008.
Ok. Well, you may be in denial, but at least you take your meds as prescribed. That’s good
