Truth,
I think about this all the time.
No matter what life has,
It can’t be as soul wrenching as what I’ve already endured,
Surely, I’ll be okay with whatever future Jenny has to contend with.

the mind and my soul had a fight,
it went on for day and nights, then a voice came through. you survived, now what too do.
so I meet a man, sailing pills ,I dam near died, for taking two. now the nurses and the doc.
toke the time to hook me up. i’m doing fine lots of luck…

I keep traveling back to my birth in my mind. I was two months early because my mom and I had the RH factor and her body thought I was a disease and was trying to kill me.
I was in an incubator for a month and had seven blood transfusions… and then I went home and my siblings had to take care of me because my mom was still sick.
Anyway, I think about that and know there’s something in me that has wanted to live, or else I would have died right at the beginning.
