A Poem: Normies

Normies don’t
Go around in circles
That’s what separates
Us from them

Nice poem.

For some reason it makes me think about my first huge psychotic break. I was adamant I was being followed.

So I conducted ‘counter- surveillance’ lol. By this I mean I stood outside shops and tried to look in the reflection to secretly see these people and if they were doing anything unusual.

And man normies do some really weird stuff!! Was a horrible time for me but in a way it’s still kinda funny lol

This is for the normies:
Welcome, Neurotypicals You’ve entered a strange new land.
For once, you are not the observer — but the observed.
This guide is for you. You’re safe. We’re just watching.
You Feel Weird Being Watched? Good.
That’s what it feels like for us — all the time.

When we stim.
When we spiral.
When we say something that doesn’t “land.”
When we talk too fast, or not at all.
You are now inside the fishbowl. Breathe.
